Shipping
We ship orders across India through registered and reliable courier companies. Domestic orders are generally delivered within 8–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive the courier/shipping agency name and tracking or consignment number via email or other registered communication.
You can use the tracking number on the respective courier company’s website to check the status of your shipment.
Custom-Made / Commissioned Orders
For custom-made or commissioned products, dispatch may take approximately 15–45 days, depending on the quantity, customization requirements, production time, and availability of materials.
The estimated dispatch timeline will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Re-Dispatch of Returned Orders
For prepaid orders, if a dispatched shipment is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Incorrect mobile number or contact details
- Customer’s refusal to accept the shipment
- Failure to receive the shipment for reasons attributable to the customer
the customer will be responsible for the forward shipping charges applicable for re-dispatch.
If the customer does not wish to pay the applicable re-dispatch charges, the amount will be deducted from the refundable amount, and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the customer.
